What does a "Fit Call" actually include?
It's a 15-minute conversation — not a sales pitch. We review your event date, format, and deliverables, ask a few clarifying questions, and tell you honestly if we're the right fit. If we are, you'll get a fixed-price quote within 24 hours. No pressure, no follow-up unless you ask.
How fast can you quote?
Usually, same day. Event planners don't have time to wait. Use the calculator or book a call—we'll respond fast.
What if we only need photography?
Photography-only is available. Tell us on your call, and we'll adjust the scope and price accordingly.
Can you match our company's specific visual style?
Yes. We review your brand guidelines before the event. Briefing call included to lock the look.
How do I secure my date?
Once you confirm the package, we send a contract and a deposit invoice for 50% of the total. Your date is blocked in our calendar once the deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
How fast can we receive the content?
Photos are delivered within 72 hours via a pre-selected online gallery — review the selection, leave comments, and we start editing. The aftermovie is delivered within 2 weeks. Our feedback tool lets your team leave frame-accurate comments so we reach the final version fast. Same-day social cuts are posted while attendees are still in the venue. Need the aftermovie sooner? Rush delivery (3 days) is available on request.
What if I need something that's not in the packages?
The packages are our most popular offers, not a limit. Our event capabilities include:

Will you be the one on-site during the event?
For most projects, yes — I lead the shoot personally. For larger events requiring a full crew, I coordinate and brief the team but may not always be the one behind the camera. What stays consistent is the process, the briefing, and the quality standards. You'll always have a direct line to me before, during, and after the event.
What happens if something comes up on the day — illness, last-minute issue?
It's never happened, but we plan for it. Every crew member we work with is part of our regular network and already knows our process. If someone can't make it, we find a replacement fast — briefed, prepared, and ready to the same standard. You'll hear from us before you'd ever notice a problem.
What's not included?
Travel outside the Netherlands, additional coverage days, and live streaming are quoted separately. Additional revision rounds are €350/round. Everything else is in the package.
