What are considered extra production costs?Our services do not cover extra production costs. They will need to be agreed upon and to be paid before delivering the final project. Extra production costs include, but not limited, to all travel, accommodation, meal, props, actors, voice over, and rental costs.

How do revisions work?If it doesnโt require any reshoot, a revision can be delivered quickly. You can ask for as many revisions as you like and you can download each new version. Having multiple versions of a video is perfect for running social ads and for A/B testing. Find out what messages resonate with your audience and avoid ad fatigue.

What is the typical delivery time for a video?It depends on the type of video or how much creativity is required. In the end, you decide how much time you want us to spend on a request and we will let you know what result you can expect. A simple video can be finished in a couple of days, while more complex request take a few weeks. For bigger projects, we will create 3 days sprints, so you will receive updates on the project advancement every 72h.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?Once subscribed, you will be able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like. We will work on one request at a time.

How does the pausing policy works?We understand you may not need video production services for several months. Perhaps you have to wait to see if your products are selling or need to prioritise the stock at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. A period started will need to be paid in full. However, if you have credit left, you will get them back once you resume your subscription. And we will leave you the access to the Vision board so you can review the work already done.

Do you provide the RAW files?Yes. We believe that should only be working with us if thatโs what you want. Thus, we provide you with all the RAW footage, so you have complete freedom.

Do you store the content too?We keep the project files and RAW footage during the period of your subscription. Ultimately, you are responsible to keep it available. If you pause or cancel your subscription and want us to store your data for you, we offer this option for a 250โฌ/yearly fee.

What softwares do you use?Pre-Production: Figma: We use it to collaborate, brainstorm and create the shot list, script, and story boards. Loom: Great to send short video briefs. There is a free version available. Trello: Our Vision board is based on Trello. It it the place you will create new requests, and track the progress on a project. Post-Production: Adobe Suite: We work mainly with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effect. Frame.io: To review and comment every video project.

What equipment do you use for your production?We are currently shooting video and photography with Sony cameras, models: 7SIII, 7M4 and 7M3. We use 4 video lights of various brands from 300W to 60W, and 4 strobe lights for photography. The current video studio is 25m2 and we have 2 offices with 2 editing stations.

What if I don't like the video?To make sure we provide smooth and fast delivery, we make sure to validate our ideas with you in the pre-production phase, before we even shoot. But do not worry, in case you are not happy with the results, we will continue to revise until you are 100% satisfied.

We are a Product Brand but not a e-commerce company, can I benefit from your subscription?Most likely, your needs will differ from a typical e-commerce business. Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?If you buy a a bottle of milk at the supermarket and after tasting it, you decide you donโt like you wouldnโt be able to return it right? So unfortunately, due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. However, because of our customer-first approach and our product content specialisation, we will work hard to satisfy your requests.
